The primary anti-inflammation supplements include fish oil, flax seed oil, turmeric or curcumin (the active ingredient in turmeric), ginger, boswellia, bromelain, tart cherry and concentrated tart cherry juice, burdock, cayenne pepper/capsacian, dpla, kratom and gamma linolenic acid. Turmeric can also be applied topically on the skin. Sprinkle turmeric on a wet cloth or paper towel and apply it to the area in pain. Eat a whole, organic plant based diet and do detoxification programs with natural supplements to reduce inflammation. For back pain and joint pain, including arthritis pain, try curcumin supplements.
